On More of a Personal NoteWhat's currently going on with me? Let's see! Well, aside from many various vet expenses & my truck slowly falling apart life has been pretty awful for the past month to tell you the truth! I just about want to kill everyone at my job as well! Bah! I don't want to post a big huge whine/vent session because that's not really what I made this account for... so I will just leave things at that. The good thing is that I'm keeping very busy to keep my mind off of a lot of unfortunate things that have been happening lately!
I have a few new Windstone Paint Your Own Keepers I am working on including a "Gaara of the Desert Keeper" which is based on the anime Naruto, I'm really proud of. I will be posting pictures of him shortly once I get his gourd in! ^ ^
I got some wonderful custom eyes for him as well from Amanda at [link] I HIGHLY recommend her! She was very friendly & helpful! Plus the eyes I got were amazing! She even ordered them in a custom size for me she didn't even carry! You'll see when I get Gaara up in my gallery. They look really cool.
I'm also going to be working on a few suits as soon as I get some free time. On que I have a Kyuubi suit I plan on using for next years Anime Boston Convention as well as starting a long work in progress which will be my first Quad Suit! I have a few ideas on what I want to do, but nothing is set in stone quite yet! I have enough materials to make two so we'll see what happens. I have a cool idea for one of them already, but it will probably take me YEARS to complete! Totally worth it if I can pull it off! *wink*
I need to finish up some accessories for a Manectric Head I got from YellowFr3ak & also a really cool Demon Cat Head I won on furbid a few months ago made by Fursuits by Lacy. I was so lucky to happen to have the exact same fur she used to make the head from many years ago so I'm making a cool partial out if it for Halloween! All I have left are the hand paws! To my surprise I finally tackled my own pair of footpaws and they came out GREAT! I love wearing them around the house! I'll be sure to post those when I am finished with the rest of the suit as well!
